Their strategic plan for 2025–2028 focuses on enhancing senior services, expanding volunteer opportunities, investing in a skilled workforce, increasing departmental awareness, and strengthening collaborations to effectively serve vulnerable populations.

Through initiatives like improving senior centers, developing a robust volunteer program, and collaborating with various stakeholders, Human Services aims to foster well-being and self-sufficiency among Scottsdale's residents.
