City of Scottsdale Public Nuisance Enforcement Transparency Report (Prop 312)

In accordance with A.R.S. § 42-17451 (Proposition 312), the City of Scottsdale is committed to transparency in the enforcement of laws regarding public nuisances. If the City chooses not to prosecute such criminal offenses, it shall publish a monthly report explaining any such decision. This report includes the case name, charge(s), status, and a brief justification for non-prosecution. The report is compiled by the Prosecution Division of the City Attorney’s Office. If there are no cases to report, the report will indicate so.
