Jurors are to report to the Scottsdale Civic Center Library Auditorium at 3839 N Drinkwater Blvd , , located on the bottom level of the Library. The court is conducting jury check-in at the Auditorium due to the number of jurors summoned and to help ensure that we maintain social distancing. Please bring your Jury Summons and a mask with you.
Safety of Jurors during COVID-19
We are taking precautions and prioritizing the health and wellness of both the public and our staff. Here is a list of the following measures we have in place for Jury duty.
• All jurors will be required to wear a face covering.
• Social distancing will be enforced.
• Rigorous cleaning is done between hearings.
• Temperature checks and COVID19 Symptoms Screening will be done upon arrival.
• Those who are sick, will not be allowed in the building.
• A mask, face shield, and/or gloves will be made available if requested.
• Hand sanitizers will be available.
• Bottled waters will be available.

Safe to Serve as a Juror
Jury check-in (Auditorium)
Those that have been summonsed for Jury Duty will check in at the City of Scottsdale Civic Center Library Auditorium, this venue was selected due to the amount of seating and space needed to meet the appropriate social distancing standards. There are Social distancing markings on the ground while checking in as well as the seating in the auditorium.
Jury Trial Courtroom Arrangements
Seating in the courtroom ensure social distancing amongst jurors that are selected. You will be provided sanitary wipes, gel, gloves and face shield if requested. Jury instructions will be provided in a sealed bag, temperature checks will be done again on second day of trial and rigorous cleaning is done each night.
Jury deliberation will be conducted in our Jury Assembly room. Chairs will be spaced apart to ensure social distancing.

Jurors should park in the parking garage on Drinkwater Blvd. There are three parking levels in the garage: second, ground and sub-level. You should park on the sub-level and choose a parking slot closest to the library, as jury check-in is being held at the Auditorium. Look for juror information signage as you walk toward the Library building. Parking in this area is free.
No outside food or drink will be allowed in the auditorium or courthouse. The court will provide bottled water and there are vending machines available for juror use. Please note that a refrigerator will not be available for use by jurors.
The Scottsdale City Court provides free WiFi service. Look for the network called SPL. You will need to accept the terms to establish a connection.
