The city of Scottsdale held a Primary Election on Tuesday, July 21, 2026 for the purpose of electing three Councilmembers. To be elected at the Primary Election, a candidate must receive a majority of all of the legal votes cast for that candidate’s race.
With all ballots tabulated by Maricopa County in Scottsdale's July 21 Primary Election, Solange Whitehead has been re-elected at the Primary and will take office in January 2027.
The next four Council candidates with the highest number of votes will advance to the November General Election, with the two candidates receiving the most votes being elected and taking office in January 2027. Based on election results, Barry Graham, Bob Littlefield*, Michelle Ugenti-Rita, and Raoul Zubia will advance to the November General Election.
*On August 4, 2026, Bob Littlefield formally withdrew his candidacy and will not appear on the General Election ballot. Under Article 9, Section 6, of the city's Charter, the three remaining candidates - Barry Graham, Michelle Ugenti-Rita and Raoul Zubia will appear on the General Election ballot.

La Ciudad de Scottsdale llevará a cabo una Elección Primaria el martes 21 de julio de 2026 con el propósito de elegir tres Miembros del Concejo. Para ser elegido en la Elección Primaria, un candidato debe recibir la mayoría de todos los votos legales emitidos para la contienda de ese candidato.
Con todas las boletas tabuladas por el Condado de Maricopa on la Elección Primaria el martes 21 de julio, Solange Whitehead ha sido reelegida in la Primaria y asumirá el cargo en enero de 2027.
Los siguientes cuatro candidatos con el mayor número de votos avanzarán a laelección general de noviembre, y los dos candidatos que reciban la mayorcantidad de votos emitidos serán elegidos y asumirán el cargo en enero de2027.
