RVF Standpipe District agreement expires Dec. 31, 2025
Beginning Jan. 1, 2026, water service for the Rio Verde Foothills Standpipe District will be provided by EPCOR.
In 2023, the City of Scottsdale agreed to temporarily provide water service to the Rio Verde Foothills Standpipe District through Dec. 31, 2025. This two-plus-year arrangement was intended to allow time for a long-term, independent water service solution to be established for this area outside Scottsdale’s municipal boundaries and service area. That temporary agreement will conclude as scheduled at the end of 2025.
After Dec. 31, 2025, all water service questions or concerns should be directed to the Rio Verde Foothills Standpipe District or EPCOR.
