Active Cases Map

The Active Cases and Permits Interactive Map allows users to see projects awaiting public hearings, as well as projects that have been approved and are under construction.

Currently, this map only shows projects that were initiated prior to the launch of the new Scottsdale SPUR portal (January 2026). To see details for projects initiated after this time, enter the Scottsdale SPUR portal and use the “Search” tab.

A new map that includes projects from both Scottsdale SPUR and the legacy eServices portals is under development.
