New Planning and Permitting Portal is Coming Soon
Starting in January 2026, Scottsdale’s Planning and Development customers will begin using a new online portal for all projects requiring a permit.
Scottsdale SPUR (Smart Planning, Use and Regulations) will provide customers with a user-friendly interface in which to submit development requests, plans, payments and other documents for city processing.
