Capital Project Management (CPM) deals with all city owned property (new construction, remodels, streets, etc.), and is looking for an assistant to help with various administrative tasks pertaining to project files. This position requires attention to detail and strong computer skills. Doing research in the city's Land Information System (LIS) and document management system will be a regular part of the job, as well as scanning and uploading project documents. Hours and shift length are flexible.
