Customers planning to vacate their property for an extended period of time may suspend water service and all associated billing for a minimum period of six consecutive months. The suspension will be effective one business day after the completed form is received and any outstanding balance on the account is paid in full. The effective date of your request cannot be retroactive.
Customers wishing to suspend service for periods of less than six months may do so, but will still be charged base fees for service.
