Notice of Intent to Establish or Modify Fees

CITY OF SCOTTSDALE
NOTICE OF INTENT TO ESTABLISH OR MODIFY FEES

In accordance with A.R.S. § 9-499.15, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT at a Regular Meeting of the Scottsdale City Council to be held in the City Hall Kiva Forum, 3939 North Drinkwater Boulevard, on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at 5:00 PM, it is the Council’s intention to consider whether to establish or modify certain fees for the following departments/divisions, to be effective July 1, 2019: 

• Community & Economic Development – Planning and Development
• Community & Economic Development – Tourism and Events
• Community & Economic Development – WestWorld 
• Community Services 
• Public Safety – Fire 
• Public Works – Solid Waste 
• Water Resources

Council will hold a public hearing on this item to allow an opportunity for public comment.  Following such consideration, the Council may approve, disapprove, or modify said fee changes.  A schedule of the proposed new and modified fees that includes the amount of the fees and a written report that supports the new and modified fees was posted on the City’s website on March 12, 2019 and is available on the City’s website.
