Construction - projects consist of building, altering, repairing, improving or demolishing any public structure or building, or other public improvements of any kind to any public real property, including the routine operation, routine repair, or routine maintenance of existing structures, buildings or real property.
Non-construction/Other - includes the purchase of commodities and services as well as the sale of surplus property items and to determine the availability of products and/or services.
Engineering, Construction Management, Design Build & Job Order Contracts - Statement of
Qualifications for the design and preparation of construction documents, master planning and construction management
of public structures, buildings, streets & storm drains, sewer, water, parks, or other capital improvements.
Leases / Licenses / Concessions on City Property & Property Sales - includes agreements for use of City property owned in fee by private entities, including concession licenses at WestWorld, Scottsdale Public Library and City Parks; and leases for golf courses, wireless, retail and other real property uses.
City of Scottsdale Surplus Material Online Auctions - The city of Scottsdale offers to the general public the opportunity to bid electronically on a wide array of assets using our Public Surplus auction site.
