Arizona Wildlife Views – This Emmy winning program takes you across Arizona to explore all the great recreational and wildlife opportunities the Grand Canyon state has to offer. Fridays at 3:30 and 8:30 a.m.; 12:30, 4:30, 7:30 and 10:30 p.m.

Blue Zones Project | Launch Event – In partnership with the city of Scottsdale, HonorHealth, Cigna Healthcare, and Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona are announcing the launch of Blue Zones Project in Scottsdale to help residents live better, longer lives. Blue Zones Project is a comprehensive initiative that transforms the environments where people live, work, learn, and play to measurably improve community well-being, resilience, and economic vitality. Tuesdays at 2, 7 and 11 a.m.; 3, 6 and 9 p.m.

Blue Zones Project | Well-Being in Scottsdale – Professor Jan-Emmanuel De Neve from the Wellbeing Research Centre at University of Oxford presents data from a well-being survey of Scottsdale. Tuesdays at 3 and 8 a.m.; noon, 4, 7 and 10 p.m.

Building Hoover Dam – Learn about how one of the 7 wonders of the industrial world was built. Watch historical footage of the construction of Hoover Dam in this film produced by the U.S. Department of the Interior in the 1950s. Thursdays at 3:30 and 8:30 a.m.; 12:30, 4:30, 7:30 and 10:30 p.m. 

Hard Times, Simple Times – Learn about how it was like to live in Scottsdale during the Great Depression. Saturdays at 4 and 9 a.m.; 1, 5, 8 and 11 p.m.

Honoring Preserve Pioneers – On Oct. 3, 1994, the Scottsdale City Council took a historic step when it passed Resolution No. 4103, formally establishing the McDowell Sonoran Preserve. This is the story of the foresight and vision of the community to permanently protect the McDowell Mountains and Sonoran Desert. Legends of Airpower – Fifty-two men and women who made America’s air power the most respected in the world are profiled in this award-winning series. The series features exclusive interviews with Legends such as Chuck Yeager, Jim Lovell, Buzz Aldrin, and Paul Tibbetts. Spanning the first century of flight, “Legends of Airpower” effortlessly relates the life and times of these heroes. One Short Ride – He was going for a short ride on his ATV, just out and back. Except he almost didn't come back. Brought to you by the Arizona Game and Fish Department. Sundays at 4 and 9 a.m.; 1, 5, 8 and 11 p.m.

Scottsdale Leadership History Panel – Scottsdale Historian Joan Fudala moderates a panel discussion with some prominent figures involved in significant historical events that have shaped the Scottsdale of today. Thursdays and Saturdays at 2, 7 and 11 a.m.; 3, 6 and 9 p.m.

Scottsdale Memorial for the Fallen Dedication – Residents of the Scottsdale area, including nearby Native American communities, have served with distinction in the United States military for more than 100 years. During the nation's armed conflicts and in the course of military duty, 66 of those service members have made the ultimate sacrifice. Their names are now permanently engraved on the granite faces of the Scottsdale Memorial for the Fallen. The new memorial was dedicated Saturday, March 18, at Scottsdale City Hall’s Memorial Lawn. Spooky Stories of Scottsdale – Citizen Advisor and resident storyteller Bruce Wall is back! In this presentation, Bruce shares three stories about people in Scottsdale who met an unusual end over the last 85 years. Could these people be the ghosts that haunt the buildings of Old Town? Veterans AZ – Veterans AZ celebrates veterans across the great state of Arizona and highlights their stories and accomplishments. Episodes of this video discussion program (also released as a podcast) feature some amazing people who have served our nation, and others who serve them – from the many wonderful organizations that support the veterans in our community.
