The 2021-2022 Scottsdale Housing Agency (SHA) draft Public Housing Authority (PHA) Annual Plan will be available for public comment until March 25, 2021. The PHA Annual Plan is a comprehensive guide to SHA’s policies, programs, operations, and strategies for meeting local housing needs and goals. The Plan is available for public view on the website or at the Community Assistance Office located at 6535 E. Osborn Road, Building 8, Scottsdale AZ 85251.
The Annual Plan is available in alternative formats upon request by calling 480-312-7510. Persons with special needs for assistance in translation or those with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation by calling 480-312-7510, TTY 480-312-7510, or 711 Relay as early as possible to allow time to arrange accommodations.
The City of Scottsdale’s Human Services Commission will hear this plan and take public comment at its regularly scheduled Commission meeting on March 25, 2021. The Scottsdale City Council is scheduled to approve this plan on April 6, 2021.
SHA will accept comments in writing during the public comment period. Comments may also be submitted at the March 25, 2021 Human Services Commission meeting.
