Project Summary
The City of Scottsdale is in the early planning stages to replace the aging structures that currently comprise the Paiute Neighborhood Center. The center opened in 1995 to fulfill a need for community programs and social services. The current buildings are aging, in constant need of repair and do not allow the city to best meet the needs of the community. This project was approved and funded as part of the 2019 Bond Election. The new facility is part of the Community Services Master Plan and can be constructed in such a manner as to support all current agreements with partner agencies (Hirsch Academy, etc.) and ensure the long-term viability of those agreements.

Community Outreach
Design work on this project has not officially begun, but when it does there will be a public involvement component so you can give us feedback on what the new building will look like. The project will also go through the City of Scottsdale’s Public Hearing process which has many opportunities for public involvement.
