Scottsdale Fire Station 606 renovation to begin in 2026; Emergency service will continue uninterrupted.

Renovation of Scottsdale Fire Station 606 near Via Linda and 108th Street will begin in January 2026, with emergency response continuing uninterrupted during construction. To maintain service, station crews have temporarily relocated about a half mile away to the former Noah building near Miracle League Field and Cholla Park through a partnership with Scottsdale Unified School District. The $7.2 million project is expected to take about one year to complete. Built in 1985, the station requires upgrades to support modern operations, accessibility standards and the ability to house an ambulance. Fire Station 606 is staffed by a four-person crew of EMTs and paramedics who provide all-hazards emergency response, consistent with other Scottsdale fire engine companies.
