Scottsdale For All
Scottsdale for All is a new community diversity campaign designed to include visual interests, social media and video stories. This community project has hopes to highlight Scottsdale’s community diversity and our important perspectives. The Scottsdale Human Relations Commission proposes a multi-faceted campaign to showcase (a) the rich diversity that exists in Scottsdale; (b) a clear message to the community and visitors that Scottsdale welcomes all; and (c) our community’s unique personal stories and perspectives.
The Scottsdale for All campaign message is also aligned with the city’s support of Golden Rule fundamental values of Kindness, Empathy, Respect, Civility. Inspiration for Scottsdale for All came from a variety of examples, including StoryCorps web-based stories, LOVE Scottsdale stories, and local poster campaigns from nearby cities or other cities around the country.
For more information or if you are interested in sharing your story via photography or video-recorded interview, please contact us.
Free posters are available for business window fronts (11 x 17 inch) and smaller versions (8.5 x 11 inch) for the community at large. The posters can be picked up at all city libraries, community centers, senior centers or at City Hall.
