Scottsdale launches constituent services team to enhance resident support
The city of Scottsdale has officially launched its new Constituent Services team – a citywide initiative designed to streamline and elevate the way residents interact with local government.
The team brings together ScottsdaleEZ, the city’s 24/7 digital service request platform, a dedicated call center, and a team of liaisons and advisors who assist with more complex community concerns. From reporting potholes to resolving neighborhood disputes through the city’s mediation program, Scottsdale’s Constituent Services team is equipped to handle it all.
This new structure, part of City Manager Greg Caton’s vision for more connected and responsive government, ensures residents receive consistent, personalized and timely assistance.
This resident-focused team is set up to better coordinate responses to a wide variety of community issues. What started as efforts to simplify problem reporting and improve responsiveness has grown into a citywide commitment to making resident interaction easier, faster and more personalized.
The effort marks a significant step forward in Scottsdale’s commitment to world-class customer service delivery.
