Commercial lane rentals give outside organizations a chance to rent lane space at City of Scottsdale Aquatic Centers. Commercial lane rentals are on a first come
first serve basis and are subject to the approval of the management staff at the pool.

Availability
Availability of pools for these types of uses will vary season to season and pool to pool. The commercial use has the lowest priority of all pool uses and is typically only
available during public lap swim hours. Allocation priority is determined by the Youth Aquatic Facility Allocation Policy and is found here. Requests can be made up to six months in advance. To see the hours of operation for each pool, please refer to the main Aquatics Page.
Requirements
- Requests must be for a minimum length of two hours and for four lanes.
- Commercial General Liability covering bodily injury, property damage, contractual liability, and sexual abuse and molestation, in the amount of 1 million dollars, naming the City of Scottsdale as additionally insured is required. Insurance is due seven days before first use. Non-compliance
results in forfeiture of the facility use.
- Signed Contract and payment is due within two weeks of rental. If use is within two weeks; signed contract and payment is due immediately at time of booking.
Cost
Commercial lane rentals cost $12 per lane, per hour for short course (25 yard) and $28 per lane, per hour for long course (50 yard), when available. Hourly lifeguard staff
fee will be charged for each hour of commercial lane rental in addition to the lane rental fee and administration fee, if additional staff is needed. The need for staff
will be determined by the management at each site.
