From there, you can create an account if you don't already have one, pick your desired location, date, make a payment, and get a contract all on the same day. A member of our staff will contact you 7 business days prior to your event to discuss specific details, if you are requesting additional guests, and answer any questions you may have.

Commercial lane rentals give outside organizations a chance to rent lane space at City of Scottsdale Aquatic Centers. Commercial lane rentals are on a first come first serve basis and are subject to the approval of the management staff at the pool.

Availability

Availability of pools for these types of uses will vary season to season and pool to pool. The commercial use has the lowest priority of all pool uses and is typically only available during public lap swim hours. Allocation priority is determined by the Youth Aquatic Facility Allocation Policy and is found here. Requests can be made up to six months in advance. Requirements

• Requests must be for a minimum length of two hours and for four lanes.
• Commercial General Liability covering bodily injury, property damage, contractual liability, and sexual abuse and molestation, in the amount of 1 million dollars, naming the City of Scottsdale as additionally insured is required. Insurance is due seven days before first use. Non-compliance results in forfeiture of the facility use.
• Signed Contract and payment is due within two weeks of rental. If use is within two weeks; signed contract and payment is due immediately at time of booking.

Cost

Commercial lane rentals cost $12 per lane, per hour for short course (25 yard) and $28 per lane, per hour for long course (50 yard), when available. Hourly lifeguard staff fee will be charged for each hour of commercial lane rental in addition to the lane rental fee and administration fee, if additional staff is needed. The need for staff will be determined by the management at each site.

McDowell Mountain Ranch Aquatic Center: Available Monday - Thursday from 1 - 5 p.m., Friday - Sunday from 1 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Eldorado Pool: Available Monday - Thursday 1 - 5 p.m., Friday - Sunday 1 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Pool hours are subject to change depending on specific pool availability. All closures and program changes will be posted at the facility in advance. Please call ahead if you have questions.

Request Group Reservation

What is Group Reservation?

Group reservation is a process where groups pre-reserve dates at any of the two City of Scottsdale Aquatic Centers. This is ideal for large groups, summer camps, or private organizations and payment is expected on the day of use.

Other Reminders

1. All requests will be addressed on a first come first serve basis. Summer schedule starts June 2 - July 27.
2. The pool manager will determine availability for requested dates and times and your initial request may need to be altered due to maximum capacity requirements. The pool manager will determine maximum occupancy after receiving scheduling requests from all groups. You will receive a confirmation from the pool manager along with payment options.
3. Your requests should be limited to a maximum of three days per week and two hours per day. The pool manager must approve requests for dates and times exceeding these guidelines.
