Vendor Details

If a party or other special event is planned at a park or recreation center, patrons may choose their own vendors as long as the vendor(s) have completed the application process to become an approved vendor and have been approved by the City.

"Approved Vendor" means a business has provided an application and a current certificate of insurance. "Approved" does not mean that City recommends one vendor over another.

If you have a preferred caterer or business, and they are not on the approved list, have them complete our vendor application.

Will you have any vendors?
(i.e. catering, inflatables, petting zoo, etc.)
Required
Water amenities are not allowed in City parks.

I understand that this is a reservation REQUEST and I will be contacted to complete the reservation. Payment is due in full on the day of reservation approval.

Cancellations or changes must be made thirty (30) days in advance of the initial permit use date or all fees will be forfeited. The processing fee will be charged on permit cancellations and refunds. Additional charges if area is not left clean. Any vendors used must provide $1 million general liability and auto insurance two weeks prior to event date.

By submitting this request, I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the City of Scottsdale Park Regulations.
