Camelback Sidewalk

Project Information

A new sidewalk will be constructed on the north side of Camelback Road between Miller Road and 73rd St. The project will provide a consistent paved sidewalk to improve pedestrian movement in the area. Additionally, all powerlines along this segment of roadway will be place underground as part of this project. Work is expected to begin in mid-September and will take end of November.

Construction is scheduled Mon. - Fri. from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. The sidewalk and curb lane will be restricted during construction. One traffic lane will be maintained in each direction throughout the project. Pedestrians will be directed to the south side of Camelback Road at the Miller Road and 73rd St. crosswalks. Use caution in the area, follow detour signs, and plan ahead to avoid delays.
