Scottsdale Police Receives DUI/Impaired Driving Enforcement Overtime Grant from G.O.H.S.

The Scottsdale Police Department is the recipient of a DUI/Impaired Driving Enforcement Overtime Grant from the Governor’s Office of Highway Safety (GOHS) for federal calendar year 2027.

The DUI/Impaired Driving Enforcement Overtime Grant (#2027-405d-050 totaling $85,000) will allow the Scottsdale Police Department to fund expenditures pertaining to impaired driving enforcement during busy holiday weekends throughout the East Valley. Impaired Driving and Alcohol related collisions have consistently remained a concern for our department. This funding will help us aggressively address these concerns through enforcement, education, training, and public awareness.
