Drinkwater Boulevard, Scottsdale, Arizona, for the purpose of hearing all persons who wish to comment on the following:
Project Name: Maggio Abandonment

Location: 29300 N. 76th St.
Request by owner for the City of Scottsdale to abandon twenty (20) feet of Right-of-way along the south side of residential property located at 29300 N. 76th St with existing Single-family Residential Environmentally Sensitive Lands Foothills Overlay (R1-70 ESL FO) zoning.
