The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER), covering the fiscal year July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds the City of Scottsdale received from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has been completed and is available for review Sept. 10, 2025 through Sept. 25, 2025 at the City of Scottsdale Housing and Community Assistance office, 6535 E. Osborn Road – Building 8, Scottsdale, AZ 85251 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday and through the city’s website https://www.scottsdaleaz.gov/housing/scottsdale-housing-and-community-assistance-public-notices-and-plans. This report includes the accomplishments of projects and activities undertaken during the year.

Written comments may be directed to Chad Beougher, Community Development Supervisor, at the above address or email. The CAPER will be submitted to HUD, Community Planning and Development Phoenix Office, for review and approval on Sept. 26, 2025. The City of Scottsdale’s annual assessment for prior program year 2023 (July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024) is also available for review at the Housing and Community Assistance office.
