Short-Term Rental Working Group

Description

The 2021 Scottsdale Short Term Rental Working Group was formed to examine existing laws and tools available to the city of Scottsdale regarding short-term rentals. The Group worked together to identify opportunities for the City to improve monitoring and enforcement of regulations to ensure that Scottsdale is doing everything it can to manage the impacts from short-term rentals. The Group reported recommendations to the City Manager, who shared the findings with the Mayor and City Council. The recommendations were unanimously adopted in July 2021.
