Home Safe Home

SeniorScottsdale Fire Department regularly is called to homes to help an older adult who has fallen. There are some actions you can take to make your home safer and reduce your risk of falling. Home Safe Home is a free program of the Scottsdale Fire Department to help reduce falls among seniors.

Trained fire department volunteers visit seniors in their homes and point out potential tripping and falling hazards. Volunteers can replace smoke alarms batteries or install a new alarm and give free nightlights to ensure you can see well at night.

Make sure you're living in a Home Safe Home.
