The following items are lost, unclaimed or found in possession of the Scottsdale Police Department. The City of Scottsdale is hereby giving notice to any potential claimant of the listed items. Potential claimants will have a period of 30 days from the date of this publication to contact the Scottsdale Police Department Property & Evidence Unit at 480-312-5888 to make a claim. Proof of ownership will be required. At the end of the 30-day period all unclaimed items will be disposed according the city policy.

Public hearing regarding Infrastructure Improvements Plan and Land Use Assumptions
A hearing regarding proposed amendments to the City of Scottsdale Land Use Assumptions Report and the Infrastructure Improvements Plan and a notice of intent to modify development impact fees is scheduled for consideration at a meeting of the Scottsdale City Council Tuesday, Jan. 23.

City of Scottsdale “Truth in Taxation” notice
This “Truth in Taxation” hearing notice regarding the city of Scottsdale primary property tax levy is being published as required by Arizona state law.
Notice of Intent to Establish or Modify Business License Fees
In accordance with A.R.S. § 9-499.15, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Scottsdale City Council may adopt an ordinance to establish or modify the business license fees.
Adoption of final property tax levy and/or tax rate for City and Municipal Streetlighting Improvement Districts
Notice is given that the City and Streetlighting Improvement Districts (SLIDs) property tax levies may increase. SLIDs and Truth in Taxation hearings are scheduled for June 13, 2017 at 5:00p.m. at Scottsdale City Hall, 3939 N. Drinkwater Boulevard. Council will consider adopting the levies on June 27, 2017 at 5:00p.m. at Scottsdale City Hall.
Proposed Changes to Fees for Business Registration License
In accordance with A.R.S. §9-499.15, public notice is hereby given that the Scottsdale City Council may consider approving the following new fees and/or fee increases on Jan. 17, 2017, but no sooner than 60 days after the posting date of this notice.
