The following items are lost, unclaimed or found in possession of the Scottsdale Police Department. The City of Scottsdale is hereby giving notice to any potential claimant of the listed items. Potential claimants will have a period of 30 days from the date of this publication to contact the Scottsdale Police Department Property & Evidence Unit at 480-312-5888 to make a claim. Proof of ownership will be required. At the end of the 30-day period all unclaimed items will be disposed according the city policy.

Proposed Changes to Fees for Business Registration License
In accordance with A.R.S. §9-499.15, public notice is hereby given that the Scottsdale City Council may consider approving the following new fees and/or fee increases on Jan. 17, 2017, but no sooner than 60 days after the posting date of this notice.
Pretreatment Settlement Agreement
In accordance with the Scottsdale Revised Code, the Scottsdale Enforcement Response Plan, and the public participation requirements of Arizona Revised Statutes Section 49-391, notice is hereby given that the City of Scottsdale has reached a pretreatment settlement agreement.
Notice of Property Tax Levy and/or Property Tax Rate
In accordance with A.R.S. §9-499.15, public notice is hereby given that the Scottsdale City Council may consider approving a change to the City and/or street light property tax levies and/or tax rates for fiscal year 2015/16 at a meeting in the City Hall Kiva, 3939 N. Drinkwater Blvd., beginning at 5 p.m. Tuesday, June 16, 2015. The levy amount and/or tax rate may be increased over the approved levy and/or tax rate for fiscal year 2014/15.
