Cycle the Arts event planned as part of Bike Month celebration
Scottsdale’s Transportation and Streets department and Scottsdale Arts will host the 2024 Cycle the Arts event on Sunday, April 21. This year’s bike tour of the city’s public art collection will feature13 art installations. Artists, community volunteers and Scottsdale Arts staff will provide an overview of the artwork at each stop along the 8-mile bike route.

City Opens New Pedestrian Underpass
The city’s newest pedestrian underpass at Shea Blvd. and 124th St. is now open to bike riders, pedestrians, and equestrians. The tunnel connects two segments of the Mountain View Trail: the McDowell Sonoran Preserve to the north and the Central Arizona Project Canal in the south.
