Multifamily, HOA & Commercial Rebates
Qualifications

- Customer must receive water and/or sewer service from Scottsdale Water.
- Multifamily, HOA & Commercial (MHC) rebates may require a consultation and/or pre‐inspection prior to beginning a project to verify fund availability, eligibility, project scope and/or product selection. Contact Conservation prior to starting your project.
- Any grass or water softener in the process of being removed or already removed is not eligible for a rebate.
- Rebated products must be purchased on or after May 6, 2024 to qualify for a rebate. Products purchased before May 6, 2024 are not eligible for a rebate.
