Scottsdale Water is celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Scottsdale Water Campus – one of the most advanced recycled water facilities in the country – and the public is invited to help us celebrate with an open house and tour!
The Scottsdale Water Campus was the first potable water reuse facility in Arizona and has been a world leader in water recycling efforts for two decades. The state-of-the-art facility has enabled Scottsdale to recharge over 65 billion gallons of water into our area aquifers, ensuring the city’s long-term water supply while safeguarding our very high-quality drinking water aquifers.
The 20th Anniversary Celebration will give the public a rare opportunity to tour this secure facility while learning about the innovation and technologies that make Scottsdale Water a global leader in the water industry.
The event will take place Wednesday, Oct. 17, with tours running hourly from 2 to 6 p.m. Space in the tours is limited and individuals must sign up for a tour time using the form below.
Tour participants must be at least 10 years of age and must wear closed-toe shoes. The Water Campus is located at 8787 E Hualapai Drive.
