In accordance with A.R.S. § 9-499.15, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT at a Regular Meeting of the Scottsdale City Council in the City Hall Kiva, 3939 N. Drinkwater Blvd., Scottsdale, Arizona* at 5 p.m. on July 7, 2022, it is the Council’s intention to consider whether to establish or modify certain fees for Youth Sports Field Allocation Partner Field Rental and Indian School Park Baseball Facilities. Following such consideration, the Council may approve, disapprove, or modify the resolution to establish or modify said fees. A schedule of the proposed new or increased fees that includes the amount of the fees and a written report that supports the new or increased fees was posted on the city’s website on May 6, 2022.
*Please note that due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Scottsdale City Council meetings may be held virtually with access by the public limited to virtual attendance through electronic means. However, the meeting is currently planned to be held in person at the City Hall Kiva and also broadcast electronically through Cox Cable Channel 11 and streamed online at ScottsdaleAZ.gov (search “live stream”).
