NOTICE OF INTENT TO ESTABLISH OR MODIFY FEES
In accordance with A.R.S. § 9-499.15, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT at a Regular Meeting of the Scottsdale City Council to be held in the City Hall Kiva Forum, 3939 North Drinkwater Boulevard on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at 5:00 PM, it is the Council’s intention to consider whether to establish or modify certain fees for the Scottsdale Stadium.
Following such consideration, the Council may approve, disapprove, or modify the resolution to establish or modify said fees. A schedule of the proposed new and increased fees that includes the amount of the fees and a written report that supports the new and increased fees was posted on the City’s website on January 3, 2020 and is available on the City’s website.
