The City of Scottsdale held a public hearing at the regularly scheduled City Council meeting on August 24, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. in the Kiva in City Hall, 3939 Drinkwater Boulevard, Scottsdale, Arizona. At the hearing,
the City accepted verbal and written comments concerning the proposed water and wastewater impact fee modifications. The City has changed the date of the Proposed Adoption from September 28, 2021 to October 5, 2021, at
