PRIMARY & MUNICIPAL STREETLIGHT IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS PROPERTY TAXES)
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 9-499.15, the City of Scottsdale hereby gives notice (i) it may raise its primary property taxes over last year’s rate of $0.4956 to a rate of up to $0.5316 per $100 of assessed valuation to support its budget expenditures and (ii) it may increase the tax levies for the Municipal Streetlight Improvement Districts.

This notice does not mean that the City is increasing primary property taxes to the rate of $0.5316 but that the City Council may discuss a possible primary property tax increase of up to $0.5316 during the City Council Tentative Budget Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. at Scottsdale City Hall, 3939 N. Drinkwater Boulevard, Scottsdale, Arizona.
A SLIDs Public Hearing and a Property Tax Public Hearing or Truth in Taxation Hearing, if needed, is scheduled for Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. at Scottsdale City Hall, 3939 N. Drinkwater Boulevard, Scottsdale, Arizona.
