Notice of intent to increase property taxes
In accordance with A.R.S. § 9-499.15, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT at a Regular Meeting of the Scottsdale City Council to be held in the City Hall Kiva Forum, 3939 North Drinkwater Boulevard, on Tuesday, June 25, 2019, at 5 p.m., it is the Council’s intention to consider whether to formally adopt the Municipal Streetlight Improvements Districts levy and Property Tax levies by ordinance.

In accordance with A.R.S. § 9-499.15, public notice is hereby given that at a Regular Meeting of the Scottsdale City Council to be held in the City Hall Kiva Forum, 3939 North Drinkwater Boulevard on Monday, November 26, 2018 at 5:00 PM, it is the Council’s intention to consider adopting an ordinance to implement the temporary transaction privilege and use tax rate increase approved by the majority of qualified City of Scottsdale voters at the November 6, 2018 General/Special Election (Election Question 1).

Notice of Proposed Tax Increase - Nov. 6, 2018 Election
In accordance with A.R.S. § 9-499.15, public notice is hereby given that if the majority of qualified City of Scottsdale voters approve Election Question 1 (see below) at the November 6, 2018 General/Special Election, the Scottsdale City Council may consider adopting an ordinance to implement the temporary transaction privilege and use tax rate increase.

Notice of Proposed New Fees for Community and Economic Development - Aviation
In accordance with A.R.S. § 9-499.15, public notice is hereby given that the Scottsdale City Council may consider approving new fees for Community & Economic Development – Aviation at a meeting in the City Hall Kiva, 3939 N. Drinkwater Blvd., at 5 p.m. August 28, 2018, but no sooner than 60 days after the posting date of this notice.

Notice of Intent to Increase Property Taxes - 2018-19
In accordance with A.R.S. § 9-499.15, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT at a Regular Meeting of the Scottsdale City Council to be held in the City Hall Kiva Forum, 3939 North Drinkwater Boulevard, on Monday, July 2nd, 2018 at 5:00 PM, it is the Council’s intention to consider whether to formally adopt the Municipal Streetlight Improvements Districts levy and Property Tax levies by ordinance. These proposed levies were discussed in formal public hearings at the June 12th, 2018 City Council Meeting. After adoption, these tax rates and levies will be effective for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019.

Notice of Proposed Tax Increases 2018-19
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 9-499.15, the City of Scottsdale hereby gives notice (i) it may raise its primary property taxes over last year’s rate of $0.4956 to a rate of up to $0.5316 per $100 of assessed valuation to support its budget expenditures and (ii) it may increase the tax levies for the Municipal Streetlight Improvement Districts.
