In accordance with Scottsdale Revised Code, § 2-211, public notice is hereby given that administrative adjustments are being applied to the procurement dollar limits as referenced in the rules and procedures. The procurement dollar limit thresholds are organized to direct delegated city authorities to utilize established methods of vendor selection to acquire products and services in support of city projects and programs. Adjustment edits are being applied to implement Ordinance 4582, which was adopted by City Council on February 28, 2023.
A report of the procurement dollar limit adjustments is being provided to post the proposed edits associated with the implementation of Ordinance 4582.
