NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE CITY’S INTENTION TO ADOPT MODIFIED WATER AND WASTEWATER IMPACT FEES
The City of Scottsdale hereby gives notice of a public hearing to be held at the regularly scheduled City Council meeting on August 24, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. in the Kiva in City Hall, 3939 Drinkwater Boulevard,
Scottsdale, Arizona in connection with the City’s intention to adopt modified water and wastewater impact fees. At the hearing, the City will accept verbal and written comments concerning the proposed water and
wastewater impact fee modifications. A report is available at the City Clerk’s office and the City’s website at https://www.scottsdaleaz.gov/Water.
