Downtown Urban Design & Architectural Guidelines
Old Town UDAG Update
Long Range Planning staff is pleased to announce the release of the draft Old Town Urban Design & Architectural Guidelines for public review. Although this draft document retains a large portion of the guidance found within the existing 2004 document, it is the most comprehensive update to date. As such, the draft includes coloring to note which guidelines are new (green) and which guidelines are brought forward from 2004 (blue). Your review is an important component of ensuring the guidelines are successful at shaping future development in Old Town; consequently, comments regarding such can be directed to Taylor Reynolds, the Old Town UDAG project manager.
