This information is updated daily by 5:00 p.m. (excluding weekends and holidays). Potential Jurors should anticipate serving on a jury panel for 2 days.

REPORTING INSTRUCTIONS

Jurors are to report to Court Room 5.  After passing through security, please turn right and follow to the end of the hall. Please bring your Jury Summons and a mask with you.

Safety of Jurors during COVID-19

We are taking precautions and prioritizing the health and wellness of both the public and our staff. Here is a list of the following measures we have in place for Jury duty. 

  • Social distancing requirements inside the Court is three feet, whether areas are marked or unmarked.
  • Anyone with a sore throat, runny nose, cough, or congestion must wear a mask in all areas of the Court even if they have tested negative for Covid-19.
  • A mask, face shield, and/or gloves will be made available if requested.
  • Hand sanitizers will be available.
  • Bottled waters will be available.

Directions and Parking

Jurors should park in the lot adjacent to the Court on 75th Street Parking in this area is free. 

Food/Drink

No outside food or drink will be allowed in the or courthouse. The court will provide snacks and bottled water for your convenience.  Please note that a refrigerator will not be available for use by jurors.

Wi-Fi

The Scottsdale City Court provides free WiFi service. Look for the network called COS-WiFi. You will need to accept the terms to establish a connection.

The Scottsdale City Court is committed to providing accommodations pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). If you have any special needs or accommodations, please contact the Scottsdale City Court at court@scottsdaleaz.gov or leave a message for the Court at 480-312-3088 at least two days prior to the date you are summoned to appear.
