May is Mental Health MonthNow more than ever we recognize the need to take care of our mental health. With the COVID-19 emergency, each of us can experience worry, isolation, loneliness and anxiety. Mental Health America encourages us to recognize these feelings and to take care of ourselves. We are here to help.

Scottsdale Youth and Family Services has trained and licensed behavioral health specialists available to listen, find resources, and support our community during this difficult time.
