Video: Scottsdale’s 2017 MLK Jr. Dinner Celebration

Author and two-time aviation hall of fame inductee William “Bill” Norwood was the keynote speaker at the Scottsdale 2017 Martin Luther King Jr. Dinner Celebration, which took place Jan. 11.

Linda Groomes Walton and Gina Griffiths were honored at the event as this year’s Diversity Champions. Linda Groomes Walton is a respected author and women’s advocate, and the founder and CEO of Achieving My Purpose. Gina Griffiths is director of programs at Scottsdale Training and Rehabilitation Services, and works to improve the lives of individuals with developmental and cognitive disabilities.
