life milestone. Many lessons that can be learned from that first job.
Teens can start to build a work ethic, punctuality, responsibility, and time management. That first paycheck teaches the overall value of a dollar. These qualities are essential for employability and life management.
So, is this the right time for a teen to get a job? As summer approaches, this is a decision many parents and guardians are considering, weighing the pros and cons of their teen gaining employment.
There is no doubt, the job market has taken a hit, but thankfully jobs are returning. Industries that typically employ young job seekers including retail, grocery, recreation, restaurant, and movie theaters, are
