The city seeks feedback on draft amendments to the Old Town Scottsdale Character Area Plan & Zoning Ordinance updates

The city is in the process of updating the Old Town Scottsdale Character Area Plan as well as sections of the city’s Zoning Ordinance specific to the downtown area. Based on input from the public, Planning Commission, and City Council, amendments have been drafted and are now available for your review and feedback.

You are invited to register and participate in one of six upcoming public open house sessions to be held Jan. 10 and Jan. 12.

To participate in the update process as well as review the draft amendments, visit ScottsdaleAZ.gov and search “Old Town Updates”

As the Old Town Plan and Zoning Ordinance updates progress through the public participation and hearing processes, additional participation events will be offered, and draft content will be made available for public review.
