Scottsdale seeking its next City Clerk

The city of Scottsdale is recruiting for its next City Clerk, a charter officer who supports accessible and responsive government by preparing City Council agendas and minutes, assuring accessibility of public records, conducting fair and open municipal elections and ensuring legal compliance of all official postings and public notices.

Carolyn Jagger, Scottsdale's City Clerk since 2003, will retire at the end of this year.

The recruitment is being handled by CPS HR Consulting; first review of applications is set for Nov. 30.
