- Human Relations Commission (two openings)
- Library Board (one opening)
- Loss Trust Fund Board (one opening)
- Neighborhood Advisory Commission (two openings)
- Paths and Trails Subcommittee (one opening)
- Planning Commission (three openings)
- Transportation Commission (one opening)
