Notice of Proposed New Fees or Fees Increases - Fiscal Year 2020/21

The Scottsdale City Council will now be considering the below new fees and/or fee increases at the 5 p.m. May 19, 2020, City Council meeting, which may be held remotely through electronic means or at Scottsdale City Hall Kiva Forum, 3939 N. Drinkwater Blvd., Scottsdale, Arizona.

In accordance with A.R.S. § 9-499.15, public notice is hereby given that the Scottsdale City Council may consider approving new fees and/or fee increases at a meeting in the City Hall Kiva, 3939 N. Drinkwater Blvd., at 5 p.m. May 5, 2020, but no sooner than 60 days after the posting date of this notice.

Proposals could affect the following departments/divisions: 

  • Community & Economic Development – Aviation 
  • Community & Economic Development – Planning and Development
  • Community & Economic Development – Tourism and Events
  • Community Services 
  • Public Safety – Fire 
  • Public Safety – Police
  • Public Works – Solid Waste 
  • Water Resources

A schedule of the proposed new fees and fee increases and the written report or data that supports the proposed fee changes can be found by clicking FY 2020/21 Proposed New Fees and/or Fee Increases

A copy of the written report supporting the revised schedule for water and wastewater rates or rate components, fees, and services charges will be available on the city’s website and in the Office of the City Clerk, 3939 N. Drinkwater Blvd., Scottsdale, Arizona by April 1, 2020.
