In accordance with A.R.S. § 9-499.15, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT at a Regular Meeting of the Scottsdale City Council on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at 5:00 PM in the Scottsdale City Hall Kiva Forum, 3939 N. Drinkwater Boulevard, Scottsdale, Arizona,* it is the Council’s intention to consider whether to establish or modify certain fees for the following departments/divisions:
To be effective July 1, 2021:
- Community & Economic Development – Planning and Development
- Community Services
- Public Safety – Fire
- Public Works – Solid Waste
- Water Resources (Sewer Rate and Miscellaneous Charges)
To be effective November 1, 2021:
- Water Resources (Water Rate)
Reductions to or elimination of certain posted fee changes may be proposed at the May 18, 2021 meeting. See the materials included with the May 18 agenda for more information.
Following such consideration, the Council may approve, disapprove, or modify said fee changes.
A schedule of the proposed new and modified fees that includes the amount of the fees and a written report or data that supports the new and modified fees was posted on the City’s website on March 18, 2021 and is available on the city’s website.
*Please note that due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Scottsdale City Council meetings may be held virtually with access by the public limited to virtual attendance through electronic means. Meetings are broadcast electronically through Cox Cable Channel 11 and streamed online at ScottsdaleAZ.gov (search “live stream”).
