Did you know that the first five years of a child’s life offer a critical window for learning, with rapid brain development that does not occur at any other time? Look no further that the Scottsdale Public Library’s series of programs focused on early literacy development in children up to age 5.
The Knowing and Growing
and Early Learning
Programs are comprised of 11 different classes designed for parents and children to learn collaborative ways to encourage social, emotional, and brain development. Each unique program consists of games, rhymes, interactive activities, and of course, books.
You’ll be ‘Knowing and Growing’ together!
Each activity is based on Arizona’s Infant and Toddler guidelines and Arizona’s early Literacy Standards.
