City seeks input on Old Town Scottsdale Character Area Plan & Zoning Ordinance

The city is hosting another in-person open house session that will inform updates to the Old Town Character Area Plan and the downtown sections of the Scottsdale Zoning Ordinance.

The open house sessions will be offered Monday, Nov. 15, at SkySong, 1365 N. Scottsdale Road. The same content will be presented at each session; and it's the same content presented at earlier open houses.

The city is also offering an online, self-guided, open house series that will allow participants to provide input on topics such as the Old Town Plan vision values, and the provision of quality development and public open space in Old Town. To participate in the open house or the online series, please register on the city webpage

As the Old Town Plan and Zoning Ordinance updates progress through the public participation and hearing processes, additional participation events will be offered, and draft content will be made available for public review.
