Notice of intent to establish or modify fees
In accordance with A.R.S. § 9-499.15, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT at a Regular Meeting of the Scottsdale City Council to be held in the City Hall Kiva Forum, 3939 North Drinkwater Boulevard, on Tuesday, May 22nd, 2018 at 5:00 PM, it is the Council’s intention to consider whether to establish or modify certain fees for the following departments/divisions, to be effective July 1, 2018:
- City Attorney
- Community & Economic Development – Aviation
- Community & Economic Development – Planning and Development
- Community & Economic Development – WestWorld
- Community Services
- Public Safety – Fire
- Public Safety – Police
- Public Works – Solid Waste
- Water Resources
Council will hold a public hearing on this item to allow an opportunity for public comment. Following such consideration, the Council may approve, disapprove, or modify said fee changes. A schedule of the proposed new and modified fees that includes the amount of the fees and a written report that supports the new and modified fees was posted on the City’s website on March 22nd, 2018 and is available on the City’s website.
