ADOT seeks community input on interchange design concepts for the Loop 101 Pima Freeway

The Arizona Department of Transportation, in cooperation with the city of Scottsdale and the Maricopa Association of Governments, is seeking the community’s input on four proposed new interchange concepts for the Loop 101 (Pima Freeway), Princess Drive to Shea Boulevard widening project.

The  proposed concepts modify the interchange design at Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard to a new diamond configuration and make minor modifications to improve turning movements at the Princess and Raintree drives, and Shea Boulevard interchanges and cross streets. Final design of this project is scheduled to begin next year and construction is planned for late 2022 or early 2023.

Use the following link to view images of the proposed concepts and take a brief survey by Friday, Nov. 20. Learn more on the project website. You also can sign up to receive project updates.
